Sound Bath Workshop

Join us for a beautiful afternoon of journeying and releasing energy that is no longer serving you. Experience the present moment with a 60 minute guided meditation, kundalini transmission and sound bath infused with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, music and other instruments to help you raise your frequency and release energy that is no longer serving you.
This will be a space of multiple facilitators and Shamanic drumming using multiple healing instruments to explore frequencies that lead to deeper relaxation and meditative states, enhancing flow, cellular recalibration, and creativity. The class is suitable for first time meditators, as well as, those more experienced in their practice.
What you'll need to prepare:
~ Avoid heavy meals, alcohol or drugs 24 hours before Transmission. Eat light foods the day off.
~ Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
~ Dress comfortably
~Come with an open-mind and a willingness to surrender
Instructors:
Erica Medina is a certified sound healer. Her dedication to heal herself brought her to discover the world of sound and vibrations. As she began to study and experience the effects sound vibration had in her personal life she became more excited to reach others to share the experience. Erica works with an energy medicine shaman and together they hold space for people around the LA area hosting multiple events for the community and private events for clients.
She is an enthusiastic student of continuous learning and personal growth and it's committed to offer an amazing experience in the process of this journey.
Ada Trinh is a generational shaman with deep ancestral roots from Rạch Giá, Vietnam. After years of guidance from her late grandfather, Ada now works in tandem with her ancestors to help raise consciousness and pave the way for the New Earth. Her work focuses on guiding, healing and clearing her client’s pain and trauma through energy medicine. She combines her lineage based practice with the practices learned from many traditional teachings to bring balance, wisdom, healing and guidance to all.
This class will be held in the Vroman's Meeting Room located next door to Vroman's Main Store in the Atrium at 709 E. Colorado Blvd. Suite 120.
